Returns & Exchanges

You may return, for a full refund or exchange, any item sold and fulfilled by ComicSpace within 30 days of delivery, if the item was not as described or was damaged/defective. We'll reimburse you the return shipping costs if the reason for the refund or exchange is a result of our error. We will also take returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery if you simply decide you don't want the item, but you have to pay the shipping costs.

Upon completing your order, please complete the form on the back of your packing slip (or download a copy here) and include it with your return. Let us know in the "Notes" section of this form if you wish to have a refund or to make an exchange - and also provide any other details necessary to complete this transaction.

If you need a replacement return slip please print this digital copy, fill it out, and mail it with your return.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
